At Tabu Grill we take pride in serving the finest quality ingredients available. Chef Kevin Jerrold-Jones changes our menu 4 times a year to insure we offer fresh, locally grown, seasonal products. We serve only organic vegetables when they are available. All our beef, lamb, pork, and chicken are either free range natural or organic. Our salmon is farm raised in the clean Pacific waters off Kauai, Hawaii creating an exceptionally high Sashimi Grade. Our other seafood is wild caught.

The name TABU promotes optimism, inspiration, and enthusiasm. The inspiration that comes from the name Tabu plays a significant role in the eclectic, and charming surroundings. Furthermore, it has inspired the creative aspects of the food. You could say its sinfully delicious – receiving a 2009 & 2010 ZAGAT rating of "29" (the highest food rating in Southern California!).

Surrounded by the aroma of Prime steaks sizzling on the grill, they create contemporary California cuisine---mostly light, inventive dishes centered around fresh seafood, quality meat and vegetables. Tabu Grill continues to empower, and influence all of those who feel its charm.
